This course will help you learn how to bring events to life. You’ll learn how to effectively spend time coming up with creative themes and formats, and manage clients to ensure their expectation for an event is met. In the Bachelor of Business (Event Management), you’ll learn about marketing and public relations, event policy, strategy, logistics and risk, consumer behaviour, applied finance and business law. You will also gain industry skills in project, strategic and event management and gives you the option to specialise in hospitality, tourism, marketing, public relations and advertising.
With a Bachelor of Business (Event Management) you will have the know-how to run large-scale events professionally and successfully, from the planning phase to completion. This will open up opportunities in bigger organisations as well as the chance to run your own business for a range of clients.
