The Bachelor of Criminology (Cybersecurity) prepares students for the technological challenges of a moving criminal justice system in the criminal justice sector and related fields, through a comprehensive understanding of crime and social harm.
On completion of the degree students will have a comprehensive understanding of applied criminology, with particular attention to technological security matters. This will add to their understanding of the contemporary criminal justice system's function to deliver justice both in Australia and abroad.
This degree prepares graduates for a career in a range operational service associated with criminal justice systems. Potential occupations may include advocacy officer, youth justice case manager and community corrections officer; potential employers may include private security, intelligence services and court administrations.
