Overview

Inspire a love of the arts through teaching. Specialise in two teaching areas such as English, geography, history, drama, Japanese, music, screen media, biology, chemistry or mathematics. In this program you will learn how to plan lessons, assess students, and manage a classroom and have the opportunity to experience different school settings and learners by taking a trip to rural and remote areas. Graduate are eligible to apply for registration with the Queensland College of Teachers (QCT). Prerequisites

Majors

English, geography, history, Japanese studies, screen media, theatre and performance. The following teaching areas are not available at Moreton Bay: Japanese, Music, Theatre and Performance.
