Overview

This course prepares you for a career as a control and instrumentation engineer skilled in both high-level engineering design and software and hardware implementation of engineering systems. You will develop skills in problem-solving, teamwork and professional practice while learning foundational technical content.

This course has a strong focus on learning in context so you will apply theory to authentic scenarios throughout the course. Within this course you will complete a major project that integrates control and instrumentation knowledge and information and communication technology knowledge to confirm your ability to work as a control and instrumentation engineer.

Prerequisites

English Standard (Band 2), Mathematics Standard 2.
