Overview

This course is part of Swinburne’s 2024 Early Entry Program. You will be selected for entry based on your subject study scores and school recommendation, instead of your ATAR. To be eligible, you must submit an online application and preference this course in VTAC. Learn more  

You'll complete the core and major studies from your chosen engineering and business fields of study, and graduate with a professionally accredited engineering degree and a business degree.

All Swinburne degrees include a guaranteed Work Integrated Learning opportunity, which could be a placement, internship or industry-linked project. In this degree, you'll apply your learning in eight projects related to engineering (one per semester) in professionally focused, industry-linked projects.

Graduates will possess the skills and knowledge required for project management roles in business or engineering in their chosen field across a range of industries.

Prerequisites

Year 12 prerequisites

Units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 25 in English other than EAL or at least 30 in English as an Additional Language (EAL); Units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 20 in one of Maths: Mathematical Methods or Maths: Specialist Mathematics.
