Overview

This course prepares you as a graduate to meet the requirements for a nursing career and also provides the skills to deal with situations where knowledge of human behaviour, advanced communication, and expert interpersonal skills would be an advantage, such as when working as a nurse in a mental health, emergency, palliative care, or cancer units.

You complete 840 hours of professional placement in hospital and healthcare settings. Registration as a psychologist requires further study.
