Overview

As an accredited nurse with strong business acumen, graduates of the Bachelor of Nursing/Bachelor of Business Administration will be prepared to meet the evolving business management expectations of our health services. In the wide range of practice settings from hospitals to aged care, general practice, private practice and the community, health is increasingly seen as a business, and nurses are required to contribute to the success of that business through effective management of staff and financial resources.

Prerequisites

Year 12 prerequisites

Units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 30 in English as an Additional Language (EAL) or at least 25 in English other than EAL.

Non-Year 12 prerequisites

Subject proficiency: As for year 12 or equivalent.

Majors

Business Administration, Nursing.
