Overview

The Bachelor of Pharmacy (Honours)/Master of Pharmacy course is designed to prepare students for the inevitable expansion of the role that pharmacists will play as part of the healthcare team. Students gain a thorough grasp of scientific disciplines and the key skills that make a great pharmacist.

To register as a pharmacist in Australia you have to undertake a five-year program. Our course will enable you to apply to register within this timeframe, but it offers you the additional advantage of graduating with a Masters degree as well as a Bachelor. This is achieved by designing the Bachelor of Pharmacy (Honours) to include some units that can be cross-credited towards your Masters, and completing the remainder of the Masters during the internship period.

For domestic students the course is fully CSP funded. Should you wish, you could also exit the program after completing the Bachelor component and undertake your internship elsewhere.
