Overview

This graduate degree package allows you to attain an undergraduate qualification in the Bachelor of Science and a Masters-level qualification in the Doctor of Physiotherapy. It guarantees high-achieving students a Commonwealth Supported Place or International Fee Place in the Doctor of Physiotherapy. 

A minimum weighted average mark (WAM) of at least 75% is required in the Bachelor of Science to progress to the Doctor of Physiotherapy and applicants will need to satisfactorily complete the multi-mini interview in the final year of their undergraduate degree. Students who successfully complete the Bachelor of Science with the required WAM, including passing all subjects which are prerequisites for the graduate degree on their first attempt, and satisfy the interview requirement will automatically progress to the Doctor of Physiotherapy.

The Doctor of Physiotherapy is only available full time (3 years duration).

Year 12 prerequisites

Units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 30 in English as an Additional Language (EAL) or at least 25 in English other than EAL; and a study score of at least 25 in one of Maths: Mathematical Methods (any) or Maths: Specialist Mathematics; and a study score of at least 25 in one of Biology, Chemistry or Physics.--OR--Units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 30 in English as an Additional Language (EAL) or at least 25 in English other than EAL; and a study score of at least 25 in both of Maths: Mathematical Methods (any) and Maths: Specialist Mathematics.
