Develop your ability to use your creativity, critical thinking, communication and problem-solving skills to solve business problems with software solutions. Study core courses in IT fundamentals including, networking, database development, programming and systems analysis and design. Build expertise in Python, Java, C++ and http://ASP.Net, Go on to study specialist courses in Agile Development and Governance, Systems Architecture, Advanced Data Structures, Secure Software Development, Operating Systems and Tool Chains, and Cloud and Concurrent Programming.
You'll also complete, unique series of collaborative, work-integrated courses. In final year, you'll put skills into practice through, 12-month IT project, to deliver, quality software artefact.
You'll graduate with an honours degree professionally accredited by the Australian Computer Society. This program shares common first-year courses with our IT degrees, so students have the option to transfer and receive study credit for successfully completed courses.
