Diploma in Entrepreneurship/Bachelor of Business

The Diploma in Entrepreneurship aims to provide you with the opportunity to develop your entrepreneurial talent and capability while also providing a pathway into Business, Creative Industries and IT undergraduate degrees at QUT. With a strong focus on developing your entrepreneurial mindset, you will develop the the necessary capabilities to identify and grow entrepreneurial opportunities as well as how to plan, establish, lead and influence others while engaging with the broader entrepreneurship eco-system. Upon successful completion of the Diploma, you will be able to articulate into the Bachelor of Business with 96 credit points of advanced standing. You then undertake focused and authentic study in your chosen business discipline, engaging with the real world of business through work-integrated learning, projects and placements to ignite your professional career. The course is structured to promote flexibility, encouraging you to integrate international study, languages, and other learning experiences to maximise your personal career readiness.

Combined diploma/degrees: Upon completion of the diploma component, you will be automatically offered a place in the single degrees of Bachelor of Business, Bachelor of Communication, Bachelor of Creative Industries, and the Bachelor of Information Technology. Each of your diploma units will be credited to each degree.
