The Diploma of Built Environment provides a foundation for a career in various property sectors. This program enables students to specialise in either property or construction management and quantity surveying. Successful completion of the program provides students with a pathway to a number of related Bond University undergraduate degrees, with a possible 80 credit points credited towards their next program of study.
