Overview

A Diploma of Health and Wellbeing provides a solid foundation in the principles of health and wellbeing, learning how to promote movement, improve nutrition, and increase human function. You’ll learn the fundamental principles of health and wellbeing, along with the ability to apply them in the ageing or corporate health sectors. The program equips you with ability to assess and support the growing need to support the ageing and corporate sectors.

This course will prepare you with the skills to enter a successful career in health. You will graduate with the academic and practical skills for further study at bachelor level, or a career in the healthcare and public health industries.

  • Discover solutions in human nutrition, health and fitness.
  • Research health theories and social determinants to understand maintenance of health and disease prevention.
