Overview

We are living in an era of greater connectivity than before and IT professionals need to be able to work effectively in groups and teams as well as with individuals. The Undergraduate Certificate of IT Team Management is an industry-oriented qualification focusing on assisting you to build the basic skills required to lead and participate in the collective efforts of the IT professionals you lead. The certificate will provide you with an opportunity to explore cutting edge developments in team leadership, the practice of leading diverse and cross-functional teams, and how to address specific complexities and challenges. Successful completion of this qualification will enable entry and four units of credit towards the Bachelor of Information Technology (BITC).
