Overview

This graduate degree package allows you to attain an undergraduate qualification in the Bachelor of Biomedicine and a Masters-level qualification in the Master of Biomedical Engineering. It guarantees high-achieving students a Commonwealth Supported Place or International Fee Place in the Master of Biomedical Engineering.

No minimum weighted average mark (WAM) is required in the Bachelor of Biomedicine to progress to the Master of Engineering. Students who successfully complete the Bachelor of Biomedicine with a major in Bioengineering Systems will automatically progress to the Master of Biomedical Engineering (2 years duration).

Prerequisites

Year 12 prerequisites

Units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 30 in English as an Additional Language (EAL) or at least 25 in English other than EAL; Units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 25 in Chemistry; Units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 25 in one of Maths: Mathematical Methods or Maths: Specialist Mathematics.
