Overview

With these two degrees you have genuine choice, with around 50 majors and minors on offer. Combine economics and politics as a launching pad for a political career; or marketing science and psychology to understand why people buy certain products; or management studies and music to manage a band or work for a record label.

You will develop versatile and transferable skills, such as communication, teamwork, research, critical thinking and cultural sensitivity relevant to any industry. You'll also be able to draw on cross disciplinary perspectives to thrive in a broad range of settings.

Our graduates have the skills to commercialise artistic endeavours or apply commercial knowledge across different industry sectors. They are placed in commercial roles within creative companies and corporations, across international relations or trade, government, environmental planning, the media, arts, advertising, health. Some have even launched their own companies!

Prerequisites

Year 12 prerequisites

Units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 27 in English as an Additional Language (EAL) or at least 25 in English other than EAL; Units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 25 in one of Maths: Mathematical Methods or Maths: Specialist Mathematics.

Non-Year 12 prerequisites

As for Year 12 (or Year 12 equivalent).
