Our Bachelor of Commerce (HRM and Management) has your career goals in mind. When you begin, our unique Business Foundation Program, co-created with industry,, assists you as you transition to university study and provides a solid foundation of business skills. From there you will focus on your specialisation in HRM and management .

Prerequisites

Year 12 prerequisites

Units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 30 in English as an Additional Language (EAL) or at least 25 in English other than EAL.

Non-Year 12 prerequisites

Subject proficiency: As for Year 12 or equivalent.

Majors

Human Resources, Management.

Potential Career Outcomes

Graduates of the Bachelor of Commerce (HRM and Management) can enter the management profession in a range of careers including human resources advisor, change manager and client services manager.
