Overview

The Bachelor of Nutrition teaches you about the nutritional needs of the human body in good health and illness. It covers nutritional wellbeing at the individual, community and population level. This degree in nutrition teaches how to critically analyse, develop, coordinate, implement and evaluate nutrition intervention programs that address health and wellbeing concerns.

Throughout the course, you’ll learn how to critically analyse, develop, implement and evaluate nutrition intervention programs that address nutritional issues. Throughout the course you’ll get a solid understanding in anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, nutritional policy, diet and disease. You’ll also study specialist subjects like public health nutrition and a special populations project, allowing you to gain valuable industry skills.
